Positive: Nicolo was very friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of information and recommendations about the local area - where to eat etc.. which was really helpful.
Negative: Having complete control of the air-con. Nicolo was very quick to change it when asked but it would have been easier to be able to change it ourselves.

Positive: The apartment is really spacious , 2 bedrooms, living room, big kitchen with everything you can think about, big bathroom with washing machine, hall. Bus station and centrum on walking distance from the apartment. Owner very helpful, gave us the tips what to see, where to eat etc. Highly recommended
Negative: Apartment is on the third floor so for people with mobility problems that will be definitely the disadvantage, for us that was not so big issue

Negative: It was super hot -> we had to keep the windows open -> anyway it was super hot inside and it was rather loud during the night.

Positive: Lovely apartment with great character and very well equipped. Good location in easy walking distance of the city centre opposite a nice park. Host Nikolo was very helpful in providing local information and reserving us a parking space nearby.
Negative: We didn't mind but there were a lot of stairs and no elevator if you have a lot of luggage.
